Payment Options
ChineseYoYoWorld.com accepts payment through Paypal, money order, and personal check. However, we do not mail out orders until the personal check is recieved, so this is the longest payment method. Paypal and money order are guaranteed to ship out the next business day.

Returns Policy

You can return items sold within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

The following products may not be returned:

1. Used products
2. Products that are scratched, scuffed, or marked.
3. Damaged or discolored products.
4. Sealed products that are opened
5. Products that have been bought more than 30 days ago

All other products may be returned for a full refund.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained and is required for ALL returns. You can obtain an RA# by emailing us at chineseyoyoworld@gmail.com

Please understand that an RA number does not guarantee final refund. All returns are subject to inspection.

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

1.Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 20 days of the original ship date by emailing us at chineseyoyoworld@gmail.com

2.Make sure that all merchandise is in the original packaging with all components.

3.For your own assurance, please use a mailing service that use a traceable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx Ground.

6. Return the merchandise within 20 days of issuance of the RA#. The RA# must be clearly labeled on the package with your name and address. PACKAGES WITHOUT THE REQUIRED RA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

Delivery Attempts
FedEx will make two attempts to deliver your merchandise and will leave a door hanger notifying you of the attempt. If the package is undeliverable after two attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse. You will be credited for the price of the item, but you will not be credited for any shipping and handling charges you may have been charged. If you refuse delivery, a credit will be issued for the price of the product but not for shipping charges (if applicable). All credits will be applied to the payment method in the original order.

Leaving Signed Notes
By leaving a signed note giving FedEx permission to leave a package at the door, you have relinquished ChineseYoYoWorld and FedEx of any and all responsibility for loss or damage.

ChineseYoYoWorld.com is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
