We guarantee that your order will be sent out before the next business day is over.
If your order is placed before 4 PM Eastern time, it will be shipped the next business day! This guarantee applies to business days only (Monday-Friday)
Unfortunately, orders sent by Check or Money Order do not ship out until we have recieved payment. There are also other situations that do not guarantee next day shipping. These include a non-matching billing address and shipping address. Also, if we run out of stock on an order, we will refund your money and contact you as soon as the item is back in stock.

1. You will be emailed an invoice with shipment tracking information once your package is mailed out. You can use the tracking code on USPS or UPS to keep track of the status of your order.
We offer international shipping via FedEx and UPS shipping to international destinations. Your geographic location will be the main determinant on the price of shipping. Here are the most common options.

Important Note on International Shipments:
When shipping internationally, we must fill out a customs declaration form with the package contents and value. Many countries have import duty on packages, and are the responsibility of the customer to pay. Please check with your local customs and excise agencies for tarriff cost information.
